I have the gifts of mother earth to thank for my own Awakening. I have done immense healing through plant medicines as well as other psychedelic substances and discovered a passion for assisting other's in utilizing these powerful medicines.

After the use of plant medicines lies the important process of integration. This is where we take the information the medicine has shown us and learn to weave it into our daily lives. 

In the words of Ram Dass, "We're all just walking each other home."

As a mentor and coach, I extend to you the practices and resources I have learned thus far. I offer many custom packages for short- and long-term arrangements.

Theta Healing is a lovely modality that I have been certified in and is a foundation of much of my coaching work. It is formed around the concept that we are each co-creators of our reality in collaboration with the Universe (or God, or whatever higher power you choose). The only thing limiting us from the reality we desire is our deep, unrecognized, and unhealed beliefs.

Reiki is a simple and powerful tool that is implemented in all of my in-person body work and psychedelic journeys, and I do offer standalone Reiki sessions as well! 

As an intuitive human, I often use tarot as a tool in any of my healing work to gain a greater insight into the energies at play in your unique situation. Tarot is a helpful mirror at any point in time to provide you insights toward self-discovery and radical honesty with the self. 

Tantric bodywork can include deep sensual massage, stretching, yoga, energy & crystal healing, and lingham/yoni massage. This practice is a potent medicine that can awaken your sexual centers and enable you to  become a more conscious lover while simultaneously clearing deep blockages and traumas. 

Many of us have not had the privilege of growing up with clear, objective education around sex. Our society has conditioned us to feel shameful about exploring sex. We can change that!

In order to effectively pleasure yourself or anyone else, it is very helpful to understand *why* and *how* sex feels good. 

Singles, partners and couples who become curious and decide to learn through coaching will empower themselves, and in turn, their relationships. Any of the practices listed can be applied to a couple working with me together.

Along with Tantra a deeper dive into your personal sensual journey can be acheived with Intimacy Coaching. This can occur in a variety of contexts whether virtual or in person along with bodywork. 

Intimacy Coaching will take a deep look at your sexual relationships with yourself and your lovers so that together we may help not only get your personal needs met, but guide you to learn skills and techniques to become a skilled, conscious, and satisfying lover. 

Whether alone or with a partner, entering new relationship formats mindfully, with skill, boundaries in place is crucial. Relying on those who you are dating to educate you can set you up for complicated dynamics. An unbiased coach can help teach you the ins and outs of polyamorous, relationship anarchy, and open relationship dating.

We often tumble into relationships out of excitement and lust, without ever asking ourselves what we truly want from the dynamic or what our  boudaries are. Conscious Coupling is an approach to entering into or nurturing and existing relationship that includes a mindful and intensive self-inquiry. 

This can also lead to harmful separations. In the realm of spirituality, you will often find that death is celebrated the same as birth. A breakup does not have to be tragic and harmful, and it can in fact be a celebration for both you and your soon-to-be ex partner. 

As a member of the LGBTQ community myself (queer and trans), I have found that in the realm of healing, there is a severe shortage of advocacy for those of us that don't fit into gender and sexuality binaries. 

I aim to make spirituality and healing accessible to our community by challenging the gendered norms that are deeply woven into common healing modalities, so that we may all gain access to our Divine Energies, with our unique genders and sexualities being nurtured and celebrated. 

I offer a sliding scale to the LGBTQIA+ community in financial hardship. No one in need is turned away due to lack of funds.
